Beat License Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Nick Tatham ("Producer") and Licensee as of the date of purchase.
1. Grant of License
Producer grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the instrumental ("Beat") for the creation of one (1) new musical composition ("Song").
2. Permitted Uses
License may:
Record vocals over the Beat
Distribute the Song on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
Upload the Song to social media and YouTube
3. Usage Limitations
This license is limited to:
Up to 100,000 streams across all platforms
One (1) music video (non-commercial or low-budget)
No major commercial placements or national radio
4. Term
This license is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Upon expiration or exceeding streaming limit, Licensee must upgrade the license.
5. Ownership
- Producer retains 100% ownership of the Beat
- Licensee owns the new composition only (lyrics/vocals)
6. Credit
Licensee must credit Producer as: “Prod. by Nick Tatham”
7. Restrictions
Licensee may NOT:
Resell, lease, or sublicense the Beat
Claim ownership of the Beat
Register the Beat in Content ID systems
8. Royalties
Producer retains 100% publishing rights unless otherwise agreed
No royalty split required under this lease
9. Delivery
Licensee receives:
MP3 file of the Beat
10. Binding Agreement
By purchasing this license, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the completed purchase constitutes a legally binding electronic signature and full acceptance of all terms outlined in this Agreement.
11. Refund Policy
All sales are final.

Trackouts, stem transfers, unlimited use leases and exclusive ownership are available at a negotiated price. Commissioned work is available by request – please contact the artist directly for more information.
