Having a jazz singer as a mother meant I was always immersed in music. I trained in classical piano as a boy, discovering an admiration for the works of Frederic Chopin. In my adolescence, my focus shifted to playing the guitar (primarily bossa nova) and producing music with my friends -- a hobby I continue to enjoy today.
